How do I find out about openings?

ISB advertises job openings in a variety of sources including the careers section of this website, the Seattle Times, Craig’s List, Work Source, and a variety of government agencies, community based organizations, and schools and colleges.

Can I just email my resume?

Yes, but we do not consider unsolicited resumes actual applications for employment. If there is an available opening which matches your qualifications, we will submit your resume to the hiring manager for that job. We will not sort through unsolicited resumes. To increase your chances, make sure to apply only for advertised openings for which you are qualified.

How long does it take to get notified for an interview?

Only those candidates selected for an interview will be notified. The time between your application date and our request for an interview may vary, but is typically within 2-3 weeks.
