Kimberlee Ely joined ISB in September 2022 as the Director of Human Resources (HR). She focuses on all things people-related to ensure ISB continues to be a great place to work. She believes in cultivating an inclusive workplace with growth opportunity for every person in every role.

Kimberlee has worked in HR for more than 20 years as a consultant and director, primarily in nonprofit healthcare and higher education settings. She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

Kimberlee was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and is a proud University of Washington graduate. She loves traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband, three sons and two dogs.
