Through the LEADS program, ISB welcomes high school students for immersive summer and winter cohorts where they listen, learn, and practice their leadership skills. Students engage with ISB researchers, hearing firsthand about their journeys in STEM, while participating in discussions and activities that help them discover their own leadership style.
