K. Carole Ellison Fellows in Bioinformatics Program

The K. Carole Ellison Fellows in Bioinformatics Program provides two exceptional postdoctoral fellows support to conduct bioinformatics research within the Hood Lab at ISB. The program provides each fellow a three-year appointment.

A Philanthropist's Commitment

The Decades-Long Path That Led Philanthropist Carole Ellison to ISB

Carole Ellison created the K. Carole Ellison Fellows in Bioinformatics Program in 2018. “It’s so exciting to be part of (young researchers’) lives and help them along in their careers,” Ellison said. Nominations for the program are made by PIs in the Hood Lab.
