Mike Kollins

Mike Kollins joined ISB as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in 2025. Mike oversees ISB’s administrative services, finances, facilities, advancement, and communications departments. He also serves as ISB’s Treasurer and Secretary.

Mike brings extensive senior operations leadership experience across both the non-profit and corporate sectors for small, medium, and large organizations operating around the globe. Mike started his career with 15 years in financial services with leadership roles at Morgan Stanley in Chicago, London, Melbourne, and Hong Kong. After that, Mike spent 15 years in the global non-profit sector, primarily in organizations focused on global health, including as the COO of PATH and the Chief Program Officer of Splash International.

Mike received his degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Away from work, he enjoys bicycling, exploring the outdoors, and time with his wife and daughter.
