Benefit Summary
ISB currently offers the following benefit package to eligible full-time, regular employees working at least 30 hours per week. Coverage on the health and welfare benefits begins on the first of the month following hire.
Health and Welfare Insurance
- Medical (three plan options), dental (two plan options), and vision insurance
- Health and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSAs)
- Health Savings Account (HSA) option available with high-deductible health plan; employer contribution to the HSA

Retirement Plan (403(b))
- 5% employer match
- Additional 3% employer contribution after one year of service
- Employer contributions vest at employee’s third anniversary
Paid Time Off
- Vacation: A minimum of two weeks per year, dependent on job title and length of service
- Holidays: 15 paid holidays per year, including one floating holiday
- Sick leave: 12 days of sick leave available immediately; additional 12 days added at each anniversary for a maximum of 30 days balance
