With over 30 years of experience working in the financial industry, Marne began her career at Kidder Peabody in 1986. She earned her CFA while working at Zevenbergen Capital where she was responsible for research analysis, trading and marketing. Prior to joining UBS she was Vice President of Business Development for Marshall & Sullivan, a Registered Investment Advisory firm. She was Director of Business Development for ShareBuilder Securities before it was acquired by ING. She created, published and distributed an electronic children’s book focused on increasing financial literacy. Marne is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a member of the CFA Society of Seattle and a member of the Seattle Bond Club. She graduated from the University of Washington in 1985, earning a degree in business administration; finance and marketing. Marne was a Board Member for The Medic One Foundation for 10 years. Currently, she is a Children’s Legacy Advisor for Children’s Hospital, and is on the fundraising board of the Institute for Systems Biology.
