ISB in collaboration with the NCI Cancer Systems Biology Consortium and MC2 Centers presents a free virtual workshop
Monday, February 12 from 8:30 - 3 PST
ISB is hosting a free one-day Spatial Multi-Omics for Cancer Systems Biology virtual workshop. This virtual workshop will consist of four sessions on topics including: experimental methods, computational algorithms, applications of spatial multi-omics and a practical methods tutorial. The workshop will include the use of Jupyter notebooks and GitHub software to teach computational spatial multi-omics data analysis. The intended audience is graduate students, postdocs, principal investigators, industry scientists, and educators.
Organized by the ST-Analytics Program within the NCI Cancer Systems Biology Consortium.
Session One: Experimental and Computational Methods I
Session Two: Experimental and Computational Methods II
Session Three: Applications of Spatial Multi-Omics
Session Four: Practical Methods in Spatial Omics
8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. PST.
