Use of flow cytometry in environmental microbiology, quantitative cytogenetics, chromatin organization in the interphase nucleus, flow cytometry instrumentation, sorting of clinical samples, high-throughput analysis of biological samples, single-molecule detection by fluorescence, genome sequencing and mapping strategies, single-cell genomics.
